Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, you can cancel after the initial 3-month commitment period. To stop your next billing cycle, we require a written request 30 days in advance.
How often do I need to book to make it worth it?
To maximize your benefits, we recommend booking at least one session every two months. However, the priority access to flash drops and guest spots provides value even if you're not getting tattooed monthly.
Can I share my membership benefits with a friend?
Memberships are individual and non-transferable. This allows us to maintain a personalized relationship with our collectors and ensure the priority booking schedule remains fair for everyone.
How long does the membership program last?
It is a recurring monthly program with a standard 12-month cycle. Your membership renews automatically unless you provide a cancellation notice after the initial term.
What happens if I miss or skip a month?
Your membership benefits continue as long as your subscription is active. However, skipped sessions do not roll over. We recommend staying consistent to keep your priority ranking in the guest spot queue.
